New coronavirus cases were reported Thursday in Lynn, Nahant and Revere.
Nahant also reported an additional death to bring its death toll to nine. With two new cases reported, the town’s caseload has climbed to 252.
In Lynn, 21 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 17,480. Of that total, 202 cases are active, 216 people have died, and 17,062 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Revere also reported 21 new cases to bring the city’s total numbers to 10,811 cases and 163 deaths, the city website said.
No change was reported in Lynnfield (1,199 cases, 29 deaths), and numbers were not updated in Marblehead, Peabody, Salem, Saugus and Swampscott.
Peabody had 7,179 cases and 317 deaths and Salem had 4,689 cases and 81 deaths as of Wednesday, Swampscott had 1,151 cases and 19 deaths as of Monday, Marblehead had 1,318 cases and 31 deaths as of last Friday, and Saugus (4,129 cases, 72 deaths) has not provided updated numbers since last Thursday.
