A handful of new coronavirus cases were reported Tuesday in Lynn, Lynnfield, Revere, and Salem.
In Lynn, five new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 17,531. Of that total, 137 cases are active, 216 people have died, and 17,178 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Two new cases were reported in Salem (4,719 cases, 81 deaths), and an additional case was reported in both Lynnfield (1,205 cases, 29 deaths) and Revere (10,845 cases, 163 deaths).
No change was reported in Nahant (252 cases, nine deaths) and numbers were not updated in Marblehead, Peabody, Saugus or Swampscott.
As of Monday, Peabody had 7,214 cases and 319 deaths and Swampscott had 1,161 cases and 19 deaths. Marblehead had 1,328 cases and 31 deaths as of last Friday, and new numbers have not been provided in Saugus (4,129 cases, 71 deaths) since April 29.
