North Shore communities continued to report only a small uptick in coronavirus cases on Wednesday.
A handful of new cases were reported in Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Peabody, Revere, and Salem.
In Lynn, 13 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 17,544. Of that total, 134 cases are active, 216 people have died, and 17,194 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Peabody reported six new cases to bring the city’s total number of cases to 7,220. Of that total, 319 people have died and 6,662 have recovered, the health department reported.
Nine new cases were reported in Revere, which now has 10,854 cases and 163 deaths, the city website said.
Four new cases were reported in Salem (4,723 cases, 81 deaths) and an additional case was reported in both Lynnfield (1,206 cases, 29 deaths) and Nahant (253 cases, nine deaths).
Numbers were not updated in Marblehead, Saugus or Swampscott. Swampscott had 1,161 cases and 19 deaths as of Monday, Marblehead had 1,328 cases and 31 deaths as of last Friday, and new numbers have not been provided in Saugus (4,129 cases, 71 deaths) since April 29.
