Coronavirus case numbers continue to trend downward on the North Shore, with only a few new cases reported Thursday in Lynn, Revere and Salem.
In Lynn, 11 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 17,650. Of that total, 108 cases are active, 216 people have died, and 17,326 have recovered from the virus, according to city data.
Six new cases were reported in Revere to bring the city’s total numbers to 10,973 cases and 163 deaths, the city website said.
With two new cases reported, Salem now has 4,765 cases and 81 deaths, according to the city website.
Numbers remained the same in Lynnfield (1,209 cases, 29 deaths) and Nahant (253 cases, nine deaths), and were not updated in Marblehead, Peabody, Saugus and Swampscott.
Peabody had 7,254 cases and 321 deaths as of Wednesday, Marblehead had 1,336 cases and 31 deaths as of last Friday, Swampscott had 1,161 cases and 19 deaths as of May 10, and new numbers have not been provided in Saugus (4,129 cases, 72 deaths) since April 29.
