To the editor:
On May 1, my son, Michael McAleer, passed away suddenly at his residence in Lynn.
The Lynn police officers that came to the call that day were very professional, kind and compassionate toward me and my family in this very heart-breaking situation.
My family and I would like to personally thank each one of the officers who were at the scene. With all the unpleasant things happening in this world, these officers treated us with nothing but respect and kindness. Thank you so much:
