LYNN — A single-vehicle motorcycle accident in Newburyport on June 30 left a 65-year-old Lynn man hospitalized.
The accident, which occurred around 3:45 p.m., occured on Interstate 95 southbound near Hale Street, and Trooper Martin on the Massachusetts State Police in Newbury said the cleanup of the crash took a while.
Martin said the man was taken by ambulance to Portsmouth Regional Hospital as paramedics were concerned with the injuries sustained by the man.
Martin said the cause of the crash seems to be operator error, but is still being investigated.
