The Lynn Parks and Rec Summer Evening Basketball League was in full swing Wednesday with elementary, middle and high school teams competing at Lynn English High School.
For the elementary-school level, Lazy Dog Sports Bar defeated Pizza Lovers 22-10.
Trevin Bingham led the way for Lazy Dog Sports Bar with seven points while Josiah Peralta had six points. For Pizza Lovers, John Tloise had nine points.
At the middle-school level, Waste Management topped Cataldo Ambulance by a score of 54-32.
Malik Johnson had a monster game with 28 points for Waste Management while Jose Paulino added 20. For Cataldo Ambulance, Josiah Peralta had 14 points and Rowan Merriman had 10.
Finally, at the high-school level, Solimine Funeral Home got the win over Columbia Insurance Agency, 68-22.
Josh Anderson had 25 points while Benzell Andersen was right behind with 24 for Solimine Funeral Home. For Columbia Insurance Agency, Rowan Merriman and Steven Rivas each had 11 points.
The league will resume play Thursday at English. Signups for West Lynn will begin on Monday.
