To the editor:
U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton is right on the mark (Item, July 8) regarding Gov Charlie Baker’s focus only on building new roads, and the state Department of Transportation totally ignoring the issue.
Anyone who has been on the roads lately has noticed a large volume of traffic on any given time of the day even with people still working remotely.
Gov. Baker must have tunnel vision — as in the Sumner, Callahan tunnels — which he most likely passes through each day to and from the State House.
Oh, did I forget the Lynn ferry? I’m sure that is a forgotten $7.2 million investment by the taxpayers.
Drivers, get ready for more gridlock, and — how can we forget — potholes.
