Lynn police to host fitness day for kids

LYNN — The Police Department and Lynn Parks and Recreation are hosting a fitness day for kids at Manning Field on Aug. 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This event will consist of a DJ, fitness challenges, dodgeball, kickball, warm-ups and tutorials for all events.

Water and healthy snacks will also be distributed to the participants.

This event is free and open to the public.
