Peter Dow, of 141 Walnut St., was arrested on a warrant and charged with uttering a false check and larceny by check over $1,200 at 4:09 p.m. Monday.
Justin Lozada, of 68 Pine St., Danvers, was arrested on warrants and charged with two counts of unregistered motor vehicle, two counts of uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, number plate violation to conceal ID, failure to wear a seat belt, state highway traffic violation, speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration at 1:32 p.m. Tuesday.
Anthony Petruccelli, 46, of 36 Newhall St., was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of personal injury, larceny of a motor vehicle, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious damage to a motor vehicle at 1:26 p.m. Monday.
Mayya Shoykhet was arrested on a warrant and charged with Class B drug possession subsequent offense at 8:17 a.m. Tuesday.
Micah Smith, 23, of 241 Ashcake Road, Ashland, was arrested and charged with violating the city knife ordinance, willfully injuring a tree or shrub, disturbing the peace and carrying a dangerous weapon at 11:16 a.m. Tuesday.

Complaints
At 4:40 p.m. Monday, a caller reported people on a blue boat were exposing themselves and urinating off the vessel on Doliber’s Cove. The harbormaster spoke with the people, who said they had jumped into the water to use the facilities. They were advised and left the area.
Fire
A report of an outside fire at 7:23 p.m. Monday on Lafayette Street. Police responded to investigate a reported pig head with a rope tied to it. The scene was turned over to the police.

Accidents
A crash involving a motor vehicle and motorcycle was reported at 1:38 p.m. Monday at 90 Walnut St. and 0 Fulton St. One person was taken to Salem Hospital and both vehicles were towed.

Complaints
A report of a disturbance at 8:58 p.m. Monday at Highlands at Dearborn, 7 Silverleaf Way. A caller reported some type of disturbance out front involving the driver of a car who was arguing with a group of people, flashing a badge and saying that he was a cop. The people involved in the argument were gone upon police arrival. An officer took a statement from the caller and documented the incident.
Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 8:38 p.m. Monday at 63 Margin St. A caller reported property damage caused by her last tenant. The resident was advised of the civil process.
Vandalism was reported at 7:27 a.m. Tuesday at 48 Prospect St. A caller reported someone cut a sunflower off of their property. Police reported a sunflower was damaged.

At 3:22 a.m. Friday, there was an accident on Route 107 northbound near Wheelabrator. One person was taken to a nearby hospital.
At 4:41 p.m. Friday, a caller reported that an individual was struck by an MBTA bus. One person was taken to a nearby hospital.
At 2:38 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that they were in an accident on Central Street.
Animals
A caller reported an injured waterfowl on Main Street at 8:45 a.m. Sunday.
At 10:03 a.m. Monday, a caller reported two dogs were locked in a car on Main Street.
At 3:52 p.m. Monday, a caller reported a chicken and ducks were roaming the neighborhood on David Drive.
Complaints
At 7:49 p.m Saturday, a caller reported that there was a fight at Roller World involving seven people.
At 4:47 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported a fight between six to seven people on Pearson Street. One person was taken to a nearby hospital.
Suspicious Activity
At 7:57 a.m. Friday, a caller reported that their child was approached by a silver SUV while walking home from Target.
Theft
An employee at Central Storage reported that units were broken into on Saturday at 2:01 p.m.
At 1:16 p.m. Sunday, a caller reported that their bikes were stolen outside 1201 Broadway.
Threats
A caller reported at 11:56 a.m. Friday that they had received threats at their business at 171 Broadway.
Well-being Check
A caller reported that a man was slumped on a bench on Main Street at 7:16 p.m. Friday and he was transported to Salem Hospital.
