To the editor:
My name is Mackenzie Grace Tortorise. I am 8 years old. I have been at my grandmother’s house for this whole summer and we’ve gone to the park every day.
I’ve noticed a lot of graffiti on the days I have been to the park. I am only 8, but I am seeing swears and mean phrases all over the park, the little kids’ playground and big kids’ playground. My two younger sisters don’t need to see that either.
I am sure many other kids who know how to read see this horrible graffiti in the park.
Can something be done to make this park a better place for children? Please help, and thank you.
