SWAMPSCOTT — Resident Tracy Westcott was recently hired at Beverly-based human resources and payroll services provider MP as the company’s talent solutions manager.

Westcott will work with existing and prospective clients on hiring practices, as well as oversee and grow MP’s Recruitment Placement Outsourcing program and manage the company’s recruiters.

“I really look forward to partnering with our clients to create customized recruiting strategies, help streamline processes and create targeted outreach based on their unique hiring needs,” Westcott said. “The current state of the job market is incredibly competitive and complex right now and MP Talent has a proven track record of helping clients save money and stand out from their competitors.”

Westcott holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Michael’s College. Before joining MP, she worked as a talent acquisition lead for public partnerships and a senior recruiter for human services at Public Consulting Group. She has also worked at Liberty Mutual, Aerotek and State Street Bank and Trust Company.

“Tracy is an experienced, data-driven professional with a track record of delivering creative, strategic and proactive consulting services,” said Michael Garcia, vice president of sales at MP.  “I’m confident that Tracy’s ability to take on new challenges, solve problems and develop new business opportunities will serve our clients well in her new position.”
