LYNN — The city’s Health Department is hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the McDonald’s on Boston Street on Sept. 2 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.; both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be available.
Any individuals who receive the vaccine at this location will be offered one medium free meal from McDonalds.
The vaccines are free and no health insurance is needed to receive one.
Through a partnership between the city and the Lynn Community Health Center, vaccines can also be obtained at City Hall in room 401 on Tuesdays from 2 to 7 p.m. and Fridays from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Those who receive their vaccine here will receive a $25 Market Basket or Stop & Shop gift card.
The health center is also distributing vaccines, at 269 Union St., on Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Walk-ins will be accepted at these locations, but appointments can be made at www.lchc.net or by calling the Lynn Vaccine Call Center at 781-595-7747 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sundays from 10:15 a.m. to 5 p.m.
