SALEM ― Food trucks from all over New England will descend on Salem to bring their tasty treats for two days only.
On Sept. 25 and 26 from noon to 6 p.m., rain or shine, food trucks will line Salem Common for the second annual Salem Food Truck Festival.
More than 30 food trucks with cuisine ranging from slushies to sausages will be ready to serve. There will be approximately 15 different alcohol vendors, and patrons can buy beer packages online in advance.
The event is family-friendly and free to attend and will have artisans showing off their wares, games such as giant Jenga, music from a local DJ, and performances by Performers On-the-Go.
Organizers recommend that patrons bring lawn chairs and added that leashed dogs are welcome.
