LYNN — Police went to Brickett Elementary School on Monday after bullets were found in a plastic bag in a yard next to the school.
Police Lt. Tim Donovan said the bullets were discarded by the second-floor neighbor, and were old, rusty rifle shells.
“It was not on school property,” Donovan said.
