Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:24 p.m. Wednesday at 22 Waverly St.; at 12:08 a.m. Thursday at Essex and Fayette streets 

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 1:55 p.m. Thursday at Franco American Amvets Post 161 at 535 Western Ave. 

Overdose 

A report of an opiate overdose at 12:08 p.m. Thursday at 124 Green St.  

Theft

A report of a larceny at 5 p.m. Wednesday at 1147 Western Ave.  

Vandalism 

A report of vandalism at 9:18 p.m. Wednesday at 501 Washington St. 


MARBLEHEAD

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday on Pleasant Street; at 4:21 p.m. Tuesday on Washington Street; at 9:22 a.m. Wednesday at West and Tedesco Street.

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 8:28 p.m. Wednesday on Summer Street.  

Breaking and Entering

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 8:08 a.m. Tuesday on Cedar Street; 8:19 a.m. Tuesday on Cedar Street; at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday on Cedar Street; at 6:38 p.m. Tuesday on Fieldbrook Road; at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday on Cedar Street; at 4:04 p.m. Wednesday on Cedar Street.    

A report of two cars entered overnight at 10:22 a.m. Tuesday on Cedar Street; at 10:56 a.m. Tuesday on Countryside Lane.

Fire 

A report of a fire at 7:34 p.m. Tuesday at Litchman Terrace and Taft Street. 

Theft 

A report of money stolen from a motor vehicle at 1:51 p.m. Tuesday on Yorkshire Road 

A report of a stolen table at 4:50 p.m. Tuesday on Pond Street. 

A report of a wallet stolen from a car at 12:14 a.m. Wednesday on Stratford Road. 


PEABODY

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 7:36 a.m. Thursday at Big Y Plaza at 637 Lowell St. 

Assaults

A report of an assault and battery at 9:03 a.m. Thursday at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School at 485 Lowell St. A juvenile was issued a summons for assault and battery. 

Fire

A report of a truck on fire at 12:43 a.m. Thursday at Best Gas at 129 Newbury St. A truck and third vehicle were fully engulfed in flames. State Police and the Fire Marshal responded. 

Overdose 

A report of an overdose at 3:51 p.m. Wednesday at Care One at Peabody Glen at 199 Andover St. Two doses of Narcan were administered to an unresponsive person in a van. The person was taken to a hospital. 

Theft

A report of a larceny at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Ulta Beauty at 210U Andover St. 


SAUGUS

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injury at 2:36 p.m. Wednesday in the area of 129 Ballard St. Multiple callers reported a crash with a tractor trailer with a possible overdose inside a vehicle. One person was taken to Melrose-Wakefield Hospital. 

A car into a tree was reported at 9:06 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street. Medical attention was declined. 

A motor vehicle crash with injury was reported at 9:46 p.m. Wednesday on Walnut Street.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 8:49 a.m. Thursday at 27 Hamilton St. An officer reported hitting a stump with the rear bumper of a police cruiser while backing up. 

Complaints 

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 11:48 p.m. Wednesday at 8 Ballard St. A caller reported finding her neighbor in her yard; the neighbor reportedly threatened to beat up the caller and her mother. Police were unable to make contact with the neighbor. Peace was restored.
