LYNN — As the Lynn Community Health Center (LCHC) approaches 50 years of service this spring, it will welcome the celebration with a new logo.
“We are thrilled to share with you, our family and community, our new Lynn Community Health Center logo,” the center said.
LCHC will be transitioning the new logo onto its buildings, paperwork and website over the upcoming months.
For any community partners or resources who use the current logo on its website, the new logo can be found at www.lchcnet.org/lchc-logo.
LCHC has remained open during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing consistent need and care to its patients, while offering COVID-19 tests and vaccines to the community.
LCHC has provided more than 76,000 COVID-19 tests and more than 77,000 doses of the three COVID-19 vaccines, in partnership with the City of Lynn and Mass General Brigham.
Its mobile COVID-19 vaccine team partnered with more than 50 community partners and provided more than 800 hours of community education as part of a strategy to ensure health equity and adequate access to care.
Throughout the pandemic, LCHC continued to offer a range of services, including integrated primary care and behavioral health; urgent care; dental services, eye care; the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program; OB-GYN care; substance-use disorder treatment; 18 school-based health centers; and medical respite care.
“Together, we stayed true to our mission to provide high-quality healthcare to our diverse community,” LCHC said.
