Local high school boys soccer teams can finally look ahead to their tournament matchups as the MIAA released the brackets for each division on Tuesday.

It should be noted that all pairings are not fully official for 24 hours and dates and times are subject to change.

St. Mary’s, Lynn Tech, and KIPP Academy will be representing Lynn in their respective tournaments, with Lynn Classical and Lynn English failing to make the cut.

The No. 31 Spartans are hosting No. 34 Oakmont Thursday in the preliminary round of Division 3. If St. Mary’s were to win, it would face No. 2 Pembroke in the Round of 32.

The Spartans concluded the regular season with a 1-0 win over No. 28 Bishop Stang. Head coach Mike D’Agostino will be hoping that the momentum stays with his team in the preliminary round.

Lynn Tech is the 11th seed in Division 4 and faces 22-seed Whitinsville Christian School in the Round of 32 Saturday at Manning Field. The Tigers ended their season with a 4-0 win over Nashoba, to bring their regular-season record to 12-3-1.

KIPP, which is the No. 10 seed, will be powered by goalscorers Jeff Paz and Marco Escobar in Division 5. The Panthers will face either No. 23 Rising Tide Charter Academy or No. 42 Franklin County Tech School in the Round of 32 Saturday.

Escobar had a fantastic season, eclipsing the 100-goal mark in what will be his final year with the Panthers. He will look to continue to add that total in the tournament.

Division 3 also is home to No. 24 Lynnfield, which plays No. 41 St. Paul Diocesan in the preliminary round Thursday. A win will see the Pioneers face No. 9 New Bedford in the Round of 32. Lynnfield finished its season with a record of 6-8-1.

In Division 1, 17th seed St. John’s Prep plays Weymouth High in the Round of 32 on Saturday after finishing the regular season with a record of 8-4-3. Peabody picked up the No. 37 seed in Division 1 and plays No. 28 Belmont High on the road in the preliminary round Thursday.

The Tanners finished the season with a 6-0 win over Saugus and will lean on Victor Maciel and Nathan Braz to propel them into a Round of 32 matchup against No. 5 Leominster

Revere is also in Division 1 ― picking up the No. 32 seed ― but has a difficult path to advance past the Round of 32. The Patriots play No. 33 Central Catholic in the preliminary round Thursday, and a win in that matchup will see Revere face No. 1 Hingham in the Round of 32.
