Arrests 

Bianca Claybourn, 30, of 44 Collins Ave., Apt. 301, Saugus, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and on a warrant for uninsured motor vehicle/trailer at 5:37 p.m. Thursday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 2:05 p.m. Thursday at 119 Fayette St.; at 2:07 p.m. Thursday at Walgreens at 841 Western Ave.; at 5:07 p.m. Thursday at Essex and Joyce streets; at 6:11 p.m. Thursday at 33 Hood St.; at 6:56 p.m. Thursday at Chatham Street and Sanderson Avenue; at 8:28 a.m. Friday at Pleasant and Wheeler streets  

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injury at 10:34 p.m. Thursday at Blossom Street and Neptune Boulevard; at 1:47 a.m. Friday at 161 Lynnfield St.; at 7:45 a.m. Friday at 56 Lynnfield St. 

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 9 a.m. Friday at USPS Post Office at 55 Spencer St. 

Overdose 

A report of an overdose at 7:35 p.m. Thursday at 80 Neptune Blvd.  

A report of an opiate overdose at 3:30 a.m. Friday at 68 Johnson St.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injury at 7:38 p.m. Tuesday on I-95 northbound, Exit 59; at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at 800 Lynnfield St. 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:44 p.m. Thursday at Legal C Bar at 220 Market St. 

Theft 

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 9:20 p.m. Wednesday at Center Market at 588 Main St. A caller reported her car was gone when she came out of the store. A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. 


PEABODY

Accidents 

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at YMCA at 259 Lynnfield St. 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 9:41 p.m. Wednesday at Salem Country Club at 133 Forest St. Leonardo Lopez, 40, of 63 High Rock St., Apt. 2, Lynn, was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of personal injury. 

A motor vehicle crash was reported at 8:01 a.m. Thursday at 194 Washington St. and 2 Blaney Ave.; at 1:07 p.m. Thursday at 13 Franklin St. and 30 Chestnut St.; at 5:41 p.m. Thursday at 12 Andover St. and 3 Andover Terrace.  

A report of a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian at 7:44 a.m. Friday at 75 Walnut St. The juvenile was taken to Salem Hospital. 

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 7:22 p.m. Wednesday at Northshore Mall at 210N Andover St. 

Complaints 

A report of a road rage incident at 10:48 a.m. Thursday on Spring Street. A caller reported a passenger threw an item at his vehicle. Peter Villella, 67, and Angelique M. Bassi, 21, were each issued a summons for malicious destruction of property.

Vandalism 

A report of vandalism at 8:08 p.m. Wednesday at 4 Kings Hill Road. A caller reported their vehicle was vandalized by white spray paint. Another similar incident of vandalism was reported at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday at 12 Greenwood Road. Police believe the two incidents are related. 

Vandalism was reported at 1:14 p.m. Thursday at 4 John Road. Wires to Christmas lights were cut. 

A truck was reportedly spray painted overnight. The vandalism was reported at 6:37 p.m. Thursday at 55 Fairview Ave. 

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 7:36 p.m. Thursday at 33 Tracey St. The owner thought that minor scratches on the vehicle were malicious. 


SAUGUS 

Arrests 

Robert James Basler, 20, of 10 Blueridge Ave., was arrested on a warrant at 5:36 p.m. Thursday. 

Accidents 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 7:40 p.m. Thursday at Macy’s at 1207 Broadway. 

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a breaking and entering at 11:43 p.m. Thursday at 1902 Lewis O Gray Drive. 

Complaints 

A report of a disturbance at 11:02 a.m. Thursday at 20 Oak Point Road. A man walked into the station to report he was assaulted by another man while he was attempting to acquire propane tanks from the property. 

Vandalism 

A report of vandalism at 12:59 p.m. Thursday at Saugus Middle-High School at 1 Pierce Memorial Drive. A caller reported damage to a bathroom.
