St. John’s Prep will host Milwaukee Bucks guard, defending NBA champion and 2011 alumnus Pat Connaughton as he stages a one-day clinic open to the public on Monday, Feb. 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Boys and girls grades 3-9 are invited to join for a basketball skills clinic and personal-mentorship session that Connaughton calls “Camp Brain.”
The clinic will be held on Connaughton Court inside the Prep’s Leo and Joan Mahoney Wellness Center. Presented by the Pat Connaughton Foundation in association with St. John’s Eagles Edge year-round and summer youth programming, the clinic carries a registration fee of $99 — with all proceeds going to the Pat Connaughton Foundation, which creates access to athletics for all kids and instills life skills, values and wellness habits through the sport.
Space is limited. To register, visit https://bit.ly/337Or4o or withusfoundation.campbrainregistration.com. Masks will be required for the event.

Connaughton was last at St. John’s Prep in September, when he brought the NBA Championship trophy to his former stomping grounds for a day of celebration.
Connaughton visited St. John’s Prep to engage with students and families and lead a conversation, which tipped off the school’s annual O’Brien Family Student-Athlete Leadership Initiative.
Connaughton remains the Prep’s all-time leading scorer with 1,713 career points. In August 2017, St. John’s Prep christened the basketball court inside the school’s new $25-million Wellness Center as “Connaughton Court.”
