To the editor:
I want to thank the Lynn Department of Public Works employees for a job well done during the past two major storms.
Secondly, I agree with Mayor Nicholson on the elimination of the city residency requirement. It is like the U.S. Senate filibuster rule — something out of the Dark Ages — that needs to go. It is time to start living in the current century.
