LYNN — Brickett Elementary School is partnering with the Dunkin’ Donuts on Lewis Street on Friday, April 1 to raise money for the school.

This fundraiser will help to raise money for school experiences, such as a future field day, cultural performances and field trips.

PTO member Amy Butterworth said they have wanted to figure out a partnership with the Dunkin’ Donuts for a long time, as it is across the street from the school.

“It seemed like the perfect opportunity with their beautiful new renovation and now more opportunities for the students to return to ‘normal’ activities and experiences since the start of the pandemic,” Butterworth said. “We are excited to help bring customers to the newly-renovated Dunkin’ while also supporting a day of fundraising for the students.”

AIC Management, which runs that Dunkin’ Donuts location, is donating 20 percent of its sales on Friday to Brickett.

“AIC Management and their crew at Lewis Street Dunkin’ love serving the teachers and kids from the Brickett school every day,” said an AIC representative. “We enjoy every opportunity we get to give back to the community, especially to the local schools.”

Butterworth encouraged all community members and neighbors to stop in for a coffee and some food on April 1 to “support this great cause.”
