LYNNFIELD — Kings Dining and Entertainment is hosting a fundraiser on Sunday, April 3 to raise money for World Central Kitchen’s #ChefsforUkraine culinary efforts in Ukraine.

From 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., at its Lynnfield and Back Bay locations, Kings will be operating a special “Ukraine Lane” featuring blue-and-yellow decor, blue-and-yellow bowling balls, and an opportunity to “strike out Putin.”

Guests can purchase a roll for $10 to bowl a strike while knocking out a Vladimir Putin — the president of Russia — head pin and receive a prize package, including $50 to Kings.

Kings will also feature a blue-and-yellow “Big Zelenskyy” cocktail – in honor of Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy – for $10, and will be accepting open donations.

All of the proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to World Central Kitchen’s mission to provide hot meals for displaced Ukrainians at border crossings and for Ukrainians who are still in their home country.

World Central Kitchen (WCK) began helping Ukrainians quickly after Russia’s initial invasion, serving hot, nourishing meals and supporting local restaurants by preparing meals in five Ukrainian cities, including in Odesa and Lviv.

WCK teams are also on the ground in neighboring countries to provide support and services for those seeking refuge.

So far, Kings has raised more than $8,000 for WCK through previous promotions and donations.
