LYNN — The Procopio Companies has completed the vertical structure of its new six-story, mixed-use Mosaic building in downtown Lynn.
The 147,000-square-foot residential property, located at 75 Baldwin St., is going to offer studio, one-bedroom, and one-bedroom-with-attached-den residences and is located two blocks from the Commuter Rail.
Units will feature vinyl-tile flooring, quartz countertops, two-toned cabinetry, Frigidaire kitchen appliances, and in-unit Blomberg washers and dryers.
Mosaic will also offer residents a number of amenities including a courtyard with a pool, patio, and grilling area; a roof deck and rooftop lounge; top-floor club space; and designated private remote workspaces equipped with video-conferencing technology.
Mosaic also has three commercial spaces ranging from 530 to more than 2,000 square feet with additional patio space.

Procopio partnered with Peabody-based architecture firm DMS Design for the exterior design and with Boston-based CUBE 3 for the interiors.
Construction management is led by construction-management firm Dellbrook | JKS and property management and leasing is led by Greystar.
CUBE 3 Associate Principal and Senior Interior Designer Danielle Meri said it’s great to be working with The Procopio Companies on this project.

Mosaic is scheduled to open this summer, with studios starting at $1,905; one-bedroom units starting at $2,195; and one-bedroom-and-den units starting at $2,440.
