To the editor,
I am writing this letter in support of Charlie Patsios for the Swampscott Housing Authority (SHA) in the upcoming election.
Charlie is a longtime resident of Swampscott, and he has always been available and ready to help those in need in our community. Charlie is an experienced businessperson with an in-depth understanding of real estate with a particular expertise in senior housing, including an in-depth knowledge of state and local rules, regulations, and financing options applicable to state housing authorities.
It also should be noted that Charlie is supported unanimously by the Board of Directors of the SHA and their executive board, and he also has the support of the Swampscott Senior Tenants Association.
As a community, Swampscott needs to protect those who are most vulnerable, and Charlie Patsios wants and has the knowledge to help.
That is why I know that he will be a tremendous asset to the Swampscott Housing Authority Board. His love of Swampscott and his passion to advocate for our seniors make him an ideal candidate for the SHA Board.
I urge you to vote for Charlie Patsios on April 26 at the high school.
