LYNN — The new Mosaic building at 75 Baldwin St. is now available for pre-leasing.

Built by The Procopio Companies, which also built the Caldwell apartment building on Munroe Street, is Procopio’s newest multi-family and mixed-use project in Lynn.

Mosaic is a six-story, 147,000-square-foot building that will offer both residential apartments and commercial space.

“We’re excited to be working in downtown Lynn again, after the success of our first development downtown, Caldwell,” said Michael Procopio, CEO of The Procopio Companies. “Lynn is rapidly becoming a cultural epicenter in Massachusetts and Mosaic has been designed to bring a luxury experience to the longstanding Lynn community and newcomers alike. Mosaic’s unit offerings are a direct response to the demand we’re seeing in the city.”

The mixed-use building offers studios starting at $2,055, one-bedrooms starting at $2,215, and one-bedroom-plus-dens starting at $2,440.

Residents can get one month free on one-bedroom units, one and a half months free on one-bedroom-plus-den units, and complimentary Wi-Fi on all units.

The units include vinyl tile flooring, quartz countertops, two-toned cabinetry, kitchen appliances, and in-unit washers and dryers.

Residents will also have access to community amenities including an activated courtyard with a pool, patio, and grilling area; a roof deck and rooftop lounge; a top-floor club space; and designated private remote workspaces equipped for video conferencing.

“Mosaic encapsulates the creativity of old-world art in a modern, innovative design that captures the essence of Lynn,” The Procopio Companies said in a press release. “Lynn is a rapidly growing community, with coastal views and access to Boston, and continues to further develop as one of Massachusetts’ arts and cultural districts. Residents will enjoy convenient access to the MBTA Commuter Rail, with Mosaic located just two blocks from the nearest station.”

Procopio partnered with Peabody-based architecture firm DMS Design for the architectural design and Boston-based CUBE 3 for interior design. A construction management team is led by Dellbrook | JKS and property management and leasing are led by Greystar.

Mosaic is expected to open this summer.

Leasing office tours will begin the week of May, 9 with the following schedule: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with pre-leasing tours on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only.

To schedule a tour, secure a pre-lease or learn more about Mosaic, call 857-799-5211, email [email protected] or visit mosaiclynn.com.
