LYNN

Arrests 

Eric Hernandez, 29, of 12 Kernwood Terrace, was arrested and charged with four counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, Class A drug distribution, and on warrants for drug violation near a school, assault and battery on a family/household member, and malicious wanton defacement at 3:01 p.m. Friday. 

Angel Diaz, 19, of 10 First St. Salem, was arrested and charged with 14 counts of failure to stop/yield, two counts of leaving the scene of personal injury, two counts of leaving the scene of property damage, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, leaving a firearm in a vehicle, unlawful improper storage of a firearm, firearm use in a felony, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm, possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number, speeding no inspection/sticker, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, and parole/probation violation at 9:58 p.m. Friday. 

Carole Prevost Cesaire, 51, of 376 Washington St., was arrested and charged with violating a harassment prevention order and violating the city knife ordinance at 8:29 a.m. Saturday.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 3:09 p.m. Friday at 707 Western Ave.; at 4:06 p.m. Friday at 368 Chestnut St.; at 5:51 p.m. Friday at 10 Sidney Ave.; at 6:43 p.m. Friday at 8 Adams St.; at 8:29 p.m. Friday at 668 Chestnut St.; at 4:20 p.m. Saturday at 826 Boston St.; at 5:51 p.m. Saturday at Canal and River streets; at 6:38 p.m. Saturday at Commercial Street and Lynnway; at 7:02 p.m. Saturday at 25 Houghton St.; at 7:39 p.m. Saturday at Spencer and Woodman streets; at 12:58 a.m. Sunday at Adams and Chestnut streets; at 7:50 a.m. Sunday at 306 Maple St.; at 10:59 a.m. Sunday at Buchanan Circle and Western Avenue; at 11:45 a.m. Sunday at Market and Oxford streets.       

A report of a police motor vehicle crash at 3:44 p.m. Friday at Pinkham and Violet streets; at 4:58 p.m. Friday at 10 Sidney Ave.  

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injury at 4:12 p.m. Friday at Pinkham and Violet streets; at 11:29 p.m. Saturday at Holyoke and Myrtle streets.  

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle crash at 12:23 a.m. Saturday at Boston and Washington streets. 

Assaults 

A report of an assault and battery at 8:02 p.m. Friday at 70 Granite St. 

A report of an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 9:53 p.m. Friday at 35 Lynnfield St.; at 12 a.m. Sunday at 161 Broad St.  

Breaking and Entering 

A report of a motor vehicle breaking and entering at 11:21 a.m. Friday at 103 Liberty St. 

A report of a breaking and entering at 3:28 p.m. Friday at 408 Broadway; at 7:14 p.m. Friday at 38 Hanover St.; at 8:54 p.m. Saturday at 28 Lovett Place. 

Complaints 

A report of an injured cop at 5:49 p.m. Friday on Pinkham Street. 

Overdose 

A report of an opiate overdose at 9:18 a.m. Saturday at 74 Broad St. 

A report of an overdose at 8:06 p.m. Saturday at 15 Gateway Lane. 

Theft

A report of a larceny at 5:16 p.m. Friday at 22 Warren St.; at 3:46 p.m. Saturday at Friend and Green streets; at 5:55 p.m. Saturday at 149 Franklin St.; at 11:23 a.m. Sunday at 188 Washington St.     

Vandalism
