LYNN — State Rep. Peter Capano (D-Lynn) appeared on this week’s episode of “The American Dream,” a show hosted by Lynn-based Attorney James Carrigan, to provide an update on the State House of Representatives.
The show, which airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m., Fridays at 8 p.m., and Saturdays at 7 a.m. on Comcast Channel 3 and Verizon Channel 38, is “designed to give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at how public and private policy is developed,” according to Carrigan.
Capano and Carrigan’s conversation ran just under a half-hour, and began with a discussion of Capano’s role as the vice chair of the Veterans Affairs Committee.
“It deals with issues pertaining to veterans so we hear all the bills people have filed … and try to prioritize them,” Capano told Carrigan.
