REVERE — A 28-year-old Lynn man was killed Sunday morning when his car struck a light pole on North Shore Road, State Police said.
Revere police, fire, and EMS responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash into a light pole on North Shore Road at approximately 8:00 a.m. Sunday, David Procopio, a spokesman for State Police, said in a statement. First responders immediately began performing life-saving measures on the man, who was then taken to CHA Everett Hospital.
The man, whose name was not released, was pronounced dead at the hospital at 8:42 a.m.
An investigation into the crash by Revere Police, State Police Detectives, the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section, and the State Police Crime Scene Services Section is ongoing, Procopio said.
