Arrests

Miriel Peguero, 25, of 109 Tracy was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and driving with a suspended license at 3:12 p.m. Monday.

Angelli Pena, 39, of 100 Willow St. was arrested for trespassing at 3:12 p.m. Monday.

A report of a hit-and-run at 11:51 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Empire Street and Williams Avenue.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injuries at 3:01 p.m. Monday at 534 Lynnfield St.; at 3:44 p.m. Monday at 126 Eastern Ave.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 4:50 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Boston Street and North Franklin Street.; at 5:15 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Broadway and Pandexter Street.; at 11:01 p.m. Monday at 8 Linwood Road.; at 12:27 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Boston Street and Winnepurkit Avenue.; at 6:25 a.m. Tuesday at 79 Quinn Road.; at 7:42 a.m. Tuesday at Federal Street.; at 8:49 a.m. Tuesday at 229 Lewis St.

Overdoses

A report of an overdose at 9:17 p.m. Monday at 50 Piedmont St.

Gunshots

A report of gunshots at 8:22 p.m. Monday at 59 North Franklin Street.; at 1:35 a.m. Tuesday at 40 Park St.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injuries at 11:22 p.m. Monday at 567 Lincoln Ave.

Thefts

A report of larceny at 12:16 p.m. Monday at 15 Overlea Ave.; at 2:09 p.m. Monday at Saugus Center Convenience Store, 307 Central St.

A report of shoplifting at 3:31 p.m. Monday at Macy’s Department Store, 1201 Broadway;

Arrests

Radaisa Cruz, 32, of 134 Fayette St. Apt. #2, Lynn, was arrested on a warrant at 11:07 a.m. Monday at 255 Andover St.

Paul Fessenden, 33, of 120 Foster St. Apt #4, was arrested and charged with assault to rape, assault & battery, assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, strangulation or suffocation, and threatening to commit a crime at 1:22 p.m. Monday at 120 Foster St. Apt #4. 

Michael A. Gallela, 41, of 22 Dalton Ct., was arrested on a warrant and charged with a number plate violation, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker at 2:23 p.m. Monday at 234 Washington St. at 2 Wheeler St.

Brandon Allen Randone, 30, of 201 Thorndike St. Apt. #3-22, Lowell, was arrested on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle at 6:48 p.m. Monday at 11 Lynnfield St. 

Luis A. Brito II, 22, of 244 Geneve Ave. Apt. #1, Boston, was arrested on a warrant at 7:26 p.m. Monday at CVS Pharmacy, 174 Main St.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injuries at 12:48 a.m. Monday at Caller Street

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 3:08 p.m. Monday at 67 Andover St.; at 4:28 p.m. Monday at Antoine’s Sunoco, 480 Lowell St.; at 5:30 p.m. Monday at Interstate 95 South; at 6:23 p.m. Monday at 11 Pound Lane at 11 Andover St.; at 7:41 p.m. Monday at 220 Lowell St. at 2 Forest St.

Assaults

A report of an assault at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Dunkin Donuts, 124 Newbury St.

Summons

Xavier Dwight Timothy Burs, 27, of 28 Leblanc Dr., will be summonsed to court for driving an uninsured motor vehicle. 

Pascoal Andre Bernadino, 46, of 23 Sherman St. #1, will be summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Thefts

A report of a past breaking & entering at 10:21 a.m. Monday at Auto Factory, 288 Newbury St.
