Arrests

 

Elizabeth Keo, 26, of 40 Neptune St., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 6:15 p.m. Saturday.

 

Edwin Lovera, 45, of 4 Congress St., was arrested and charged on a warrant, and failure to stop or yield at 4:09 p.m. 

 

Onu Shaibu, 39, of 33 Sumner St, Revere, was arrested and charged with larceny from a building at 4:49 p.m. Saturday. 

 

Jean Niyubahwe, 26, of 15 Harbor St., Salem, was arrested and charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest at 2:04 a.m. Sunday. 

 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 12:47 a.m. Saturday at 1 Lynnway; at 11:44 a.m. Saturday at Essex St. and Rockaway St.; at 11:52 a.m. Saturday at O’Callaghan Way and Walnut Park; at 11:52 a.m. Saturday at Walnut Park; with injuries at 12:22 p.m Saturday at Dungeon Ave. and Walnut St.; at 5:11 p.m. Saturday at 18 Astor St.; at 5:27 Saturday at 131 Empire St.

 

Assaults

A report of assault and battery at 3:53 p.m. Sunday at Boston St. and Washington St. 

 

Thefts

A report of a past breaking and entering at 7:34 a.m Saturday at 115 O’Callaghan Way #106; at 10:02 a.m. Sunday at 176 Ocean St; at 2:26 p.m. Sunday at Brightwood Terrace and Essex St. 

A report of larceny at 4:19 p.m. Saturday at 435 Summer St. #2; at 1:04 p.m. Sunday at 759 Lynnway; at 1:45 p.m. Sunday at 759 Lynnway

A report of shoplifting at 9:15 p.m. Saturday at 759 Lynnway.

 

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 9:39 a.m Sunday at 37 Market St.
