Arrests

Japhal Perez, 33, of 100 Willow St., was arrested and charged with felony breaking & entering nighttime at 2:30 a.m. Saturday. 

Paul Boucher, 69, of 17 Pennybrook Road, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor – 2nd offense and failure to stop/yield at 7:00 p.m. Saturday.

Albert Souza, 35, of 139 Western Ave., was arrested on a warrant and charged with two counts of possession of a Class A drug at 7:40 p.m. Saturday. 

Nicholas Brogna, 33, of 70 Edgemere Road, was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering nighttime, destruction of property, resisting arrest, and attempting to commit a crime at 9:47 p.m. Saturday.

Alfredo Lopez, 21, of 64 Highrock St., was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor – 2nd offense, operating an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer; refusing to identify himself, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for operating under the influence at 11:34 p.m. Saturday. 

Cornell Drico, 39, of 100 Willow St., was arrested and charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest at 12:06 a.m. Sunday.

Ricardo Agustin Florencio, 28, of 112 Cottage St., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield at 4:06 a.m. Sunday.
