Arrest

Fermin Romero-Lopez, of 7 Pinkham Place, Lynn was arrested for marked lane violation, operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, second offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, having an open container with alcohol in vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, violation of number plate, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, leaving scene and of damaging a property, and resisting arrest at 6:57 p.m. Tuesday.

Daniel Richards, 34, of 68 Western, Lynn, was arrested for larceny over $1,200 at 1:46 a.m. Wednesday. 

Theft

A report of shoplifting at 2:27 p.m. Tuesday at 1201 Broadway. 

Accidents 

A report of a hit-and-run crash at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday at 414 Lewis O Gray Drive. 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 6:01 p.m. Tuesday at 1201 Broadway; at 5:48 a.m. Wednesday at 13 Breakheart Road.

Prisoner Transport

A report of a prisoner transport at 9 a.m. at 580 Essex St. Officers Misci and Zeitz transported arrest #23-21-AR to Lynn District Court.

 

SWAMPSCOTT

Gunshot 

A report of a gunshot at 7:19 a.m. Saturday at 43 Lincoln House Ave.  Caller stated that she could hear gunfire and she looked out into the ocean. With her binoculars and she could see two parties on paddles and can see that they have weapons.

Vandalism

A report of a vandalism at 1:01 p.m. Sunday at 531 Humphrey St. A student came to the police station to report his high school jacket had been vandalized by a party known to him.

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injury at 12:52 a.m. Monday at 377 Essex St.

A report of a hit-and-run crash at 2:08 p.m. Monday at 1004 Paradise Road. 

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 4:43 p.m. Monday on Minerva Street; at 5:20 p.m. on Minerva Street; at 9:23 a.m. Tuesday at the  intersection of Ellis Road and Paradise Road.
