Essex’s Media Group Person of the Year ceremony is returning for a sixth year. The event, which honors individuals from eight local communities, will be held on Feb. 9 at 6 p.m. at the Lynn Museum and Historical Society, located at 590 Washington Street.
EMG’s Person of the Year honorees are recognized for their efforts and contributions made to their communities. The 2022 honorees are as follows: Sanjay Aurora and Natasha Shah (Lynnfield), John Moloney (Lynn), EuRim Chun (Marblehead), Jennifer McCarthy (Nahant), Lola Busta (Peabody), Many Cruz (Salem), Katrina McNichol (Saugus), and Nick Meninno (Swampscott).
The event is free to the public, however seating capacity is limited.
