LYNN — A 16-year-old Wendy’s employee was transported to MassGeneral Hospital after he was shot in the shoulder through the drive-thru window on Boston Street.
At approximately 5:45 p.m., Lynn Police responded to reports of a shooting at the Wendy’s drive-thru. Police said that the 16-year-old male was shot at the window, and brought to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
District Fire Chief Jospeh Zukas said that a second person was grazed by a bullet. He could not confirm whether or not that individual was transported to a hospital.
Lynn Police detectives are currently investigating this incident. No arrests have been made at this time.
