Arrest
David J. Bick, 45, of 14 Shea St. in Dracut, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, and wanton destruction of property $1200 in value.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:28 p.m. Wednesday at Red Dog, 200 Walnut Street. Caller reported a two car accident with no apparent injuries but there was a pregnant female that needed evacuation.

A report of a burglar alarm at 4:21 a.m. Thursday at Roller World Inc., 425 Broadway. The alarm came in as lobby motion and officers confirmed it was accidental.
Complaint
A caller reported a noise complaint at 12:55 a.m. Thursday at 10 Endicott St. The caller told police a silver SUV was playing loud music. Dispatched officers identified the car involved and the party turned the music off and went in for the night.
Disturbances
A report of a general disturbance at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday at Winthrop Motors, 961 Broadway Ave. Caller reported that they went for a job interview at Winthrop Motors and while he was there a man named Paul pulled a knife on him. Caller stated that he had left the scene and was in Kowloon’s parking lot. Sargent reported it was a mutual assault out of officers presence. Both individuals were referred to Lynn District court if they wish to pursue the matter.
A report of a general disturbance at 9:28 p.m. Wednesday at Kowloon Restaurant, 948 Broadway. Hostess reported an issue with a customer. Male was taken in custody and an ambulance was requested for evaluation. The man was taken to Melrose Wakefield Hospital.
A report of a general disturbance at 10:36 p.m. Wednesday on Route 107. Caller reported a wrong way driver coming into Saugus. Dispatched officers didn’t find anything in the area.
Suspicious activity
A report of suspicious activity at 2:01 p.m. Wednesday at 9 Emory Street. Caller reported that an unknown number called them on March 14 at 7:45 p.m. stating that they were Capital One and requested personal information to confirm charges. Caller reported this to Capital One and they issued them a new card and bank information. There are no processed fraudulent charges or monetary loss. Caller wanted the incident documented.
A report of suspicious activity at 4:08 p.m. Wednesday at Sachem Manor, 91 Denver Street. Caller reported that a male attempted to scam her and collect money by coming to her home. Caller was told to call SPD if male comes back.
A report of suspicious activity at 10:52 p.m. Wednesday at Saugus Mobile Home Park, 846 Broadway Apt. #35. A caller reported he believed his residence was broken into and he noticed after departing at 4:30 p.m. and returning at 8:30 p.m. that items were missing. Dispatched officer spoke to the caller who was unable to confirm anything was missing. The officer will speak to the co-owner.
