A report of a motor vehicle collision at 8:44 a.m. Monday at 209 Hamilton St. A caller reported witnessing a crash outside her home and one person was becoming irate. A dispatched officer checked the area and reported nothing showing.
A report of a motor vehicle collision with injuries at 2:14 p.m. Monday at Square One Mall, 1201 Broadway. NRT reported one of their buses was rear-ended with two students on board. State Police called requesting emergency medical services, but EMS was determined to be not necessary. The bus pulled into the mall parking lot and was awaiting another bus to transport the students.

An employee at the Saugus YMCA, 298 Main St., reported seeing five pugs on the property that appeared to have gotten loose at 11:34 a.m. Monday. The Animal Control Officer reported locating five adult dogs, three pregnant and two just had litters. They responded to 147
Lynn Fells Parkway where the dogs are being bred.

A caller phoned in a noise complaint for loud karaoke at 12:29 a.m. Monday at 56 Summer St. Dispatched officers spoke to the homeowner and the music was turned off.
Damage
A report of property damage at 9:23 a.m. Monday at 347 Central St. A caller reported their property was damaged over the weekend, and they do have camera footage.
Disturbances
A report of a disturbance at 9:32 a.m. Monday at 82 Newhall Ave. A caller reported a juvenile from 84 Newhall Ave. repeatedly rings his doorbell at night but there was no ongoing disturbance at the time he called. Police explained how to pursue a harassment order and advised to follow up with the main office.
A report of a disturbance at 11:15 a.m. Monday at 82 Newhall Ave. Apt. #108. A caller told police he was being harassed by a female across the hall. Dispatched officers reported an ongoing disagreement between neighbors and peace had been restored.
A report of a disturbance at 2:01 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 770 Broadway. A caller reported two men fighting in the self-checkout. Responding officers reported a verbal argument and no additional services were needed.
A report of a disturbance at 6:21 a.m. Tuesday at Elliot Community Health Services, 36 Western Ave. Apt. #4. A caller reported a man from the group home broke into her room and stole her stuff. Dispatched officers spoke to both parties and determined no crime was committed and it was just a misunderstanding.
Suspicions
A caller reported a suspicious man who exited a car on Route 1 north and was walking towards the high school, 1 Pearce Memorial Drive, at 7:30 a.m. Monday. Officers did not see a vehicle or person in the area.
A report of suspicious activity at 12:35 p.m. Monday at AAA Travel, 214 Broadway. A caller reported seeing a man carrying a woman who was possibly under the influence towards the highway. Officers reported speaking to both parties who said they were walking back to their residence and were not in need of assistance.
A 911 caller reported approximately 10 people with masks on at the ATM at Kowloon Restaurant, 948 Broadway at 7:49 p.m. Monday. Dispatched officers reported parties scattered and left upon arrival. An officer contacted Bank of America to inspect the ATM, and officers conducted a search of the area.
Thefts
A report of shoplifting at 1:57 p.m. Monday at Dicks Sporting Goods, 1201 Broadway. An officer reported being flagged down by loss prevention for two shoplifters, one with a red sweatshirt/backpack, and another with a white sweatshirt. Three officers responded to assistance.
A report of credit card fraud at 2:47 p.m. Monday at Wood Spring Extended Stay, 832 Broadway. The manager called police to report possible credit card fraud.
A report of shoplifting at 3:21 p.m. Monday at Macy’s Department Store, Square One Mall, 1201 Broadway. Loss prevention reported one person was detained.
