LYNN

Arrests

Riqueily De La Rosa, 21, of 9 Surfside Road was arrested and charged with one count of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation, operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration, unregistered motor vehicle, and lack of inspection sticker at 2:38 a.m. Friday. 

Mostafa Kharmiche, 26, of 2 Marianna St. was arrested and charged with one count of assault and battery on a +60 disabled person and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon at 11:56 a.m. Friday. 

Benjamin Morales-Castro, 54, of 34 Munro St. was arrested and charged with one count of firearm violation with one prior violent incident, possession of a firearm without FID card, unlawful improper storage of firearm, unlawful ammunition possession with no FID, possession to distribute class B drug, and firearm use in felony at 12:56 p.m. Thursday.

Assault

A report Thursday at 10:12 a.m. of an assault at Town Hall on Summer Street.

Motor vehicle complaint

A report Thursday at 2:32 p.m. of a teenager operating a dirt bike on the field at Lynnfield High. Police determined it was a 10-year-old boy on a battery-powered bike.

Summons

Elmer Chavaz Lopez, 23, 62 Western Ave. Apt. #12, Lynn was summonsed on charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and marked lanes violations.

PEABODY

Arrest

Cameron James Palermo Harriss, 23, 37 Bayberry Road Danvers, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and carrying a dangerous weapon.

Disturbance

A report Friday at 12:58 a.m. of loud music at 20 Ethel St. 

Summons

Jahleel Trevon Sanders-Williams, 26, 5234 Crane Brook Way, Peabody was summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

Complaints

A report Thursday at 6:21 p.m. of a party riding a dirt bike at Symphony Park.

A report Thursday at 7:53 p.m. from Gentle Dental Care of Peabody, 1 Main St. that the business was trying to close and there was a party passed out in a hallway.
