A report of a disturbance at 3:27 p.m. Tuesday at 3½ Littles Lane. 4-Star Towing was attempting to make a trespass tow and the owner of the vehicle was giving them a hard time. The operator, who refused to identify himself, paid a fee to the driver and the vehicle was left on scene.
