Arrests

Franky Lopez Solis, 19, of Empire Street was arrested for assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery, destruction of property, and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation at 10:12 p.m. Sunday. 

Amechi Okoro, 59, of Henry Avenue was arrested as a courtesy booking at 10:50 a.m. Monday. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:48 p.m. Sunday at Manning Field, 76 Locust St.; at 8:08 p.m. at 11 New Ocean St.; at 10:33 p.m. Sunday at 59 Dungeon Ave.; at 6:18 a.m. Monday at Eastern Avenue and Ocean Street; at 7:43 a.m. Monday at 90 O’Callaghan Way; at 8:16 a.m. Monday at Cobbet Elementary, 40 Franklin St.

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 6:57 p.m. Sunday at 10 Bulfinch St; at 7:50 p.m. Sunday at 94 Sheridan St.; at 11:00 p.m. at Commercial Street and S Common Street.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 9:11 p.m. Sunday at 155 Broad St.; at 1:06 a.m. at 75 Baldwin St.

Overdose

A report of an opiate overdose at 10:29 a.m. Monday at Lewis Street. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 12:19 p.m. Monday at 97 Ontario St.; at 1:49 a.m. Monday at 55 Holyoke St.

Trespassing 

A report of trespassing at 8:03 a.m. Monday at 580 Essex St; at 9:04 a.m. Monday at 26 Union St.; at 9:32 a.m. Monday at 16 City Hall Sq.

LYNNFIELD

Accidents

A report at 7:01 Sunday a.m. of a hit-and-run accident on Crescent Avenue; at 12:56 p.m. Saturday of an accident with property damage at 121 Main St. at 4 London Road.

Disturbance

A report at 10:22 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance with a neighbor on Keniston Road.

Suspicious Activity

A report at 6:18 p.m. Saturday of a gold minivan taking video on Market Street. The operator checked out okay.

MARBLEHEAD

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:33 p.m. Sunday on Clifton Heights Lane. 

Stop

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 9:39 P.M. Sunday at the intersection of Overlook Road and West Shore Drive.

Complaint

A report of a complaint involving a boat at 7:53 p.m. Sunday on Village Street. 

PEABODY

Summons

Francisco Rilton Ferreira, 35, of Lowell Street was summonsed Sunday on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Burglary

A report at 3:27 p.m. Sunday from a party who said his storage room at iStorage, 244 Andover St. was broken into.

Disturbance

A report at 1:50 p.m. Sunday of an unwanted party at Amigo’s Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar, 201A Andover St. The party was gone on arrival.

Fight in Progress

A report at 7:59 p.m. Sunday of eight kids beating a larger kid with sticks at MacArthur Park on MacArthur Circle. The officer determined it was a fight over a football and the issue has been resolved.

Road Rage

A report at 6:37 p.m. Sunday from a caller who said she is being brake-checked by a green Jeep on Lynn Street. Both parties were sent on their way.

SWAMPSCOTT

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 3:16 p.m. Saturday at 60 Humphrey St. Caller reported a car struck another car and ended up on someone’s lawn.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 1:49 p.m. Saturday at 197 Essex St.; at 9:06 a.m. Sunday at 197 Essex St.  

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 11:18 p.m. Friday at 51 Deer Cove Road.

A report of a suspicious person at 11:11 a.m. Saturday at Capen Road. Caller reported a party 

walking around the cemetery “acting strange;” at 9:03 p.m. Sunday at 525 Paradise Road. A caller said he was chased by two people “from the woods.” 

A report of a suspicious vehicle at 10:06 p.m. Saturday at 52 Capstan Way. Caller reported an older male party blasting music in a Toyota parked outside his home. 

Theft

A report of shoplifting at 4:52 p.m. Sunday at 450 Paradise Road.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 5:53 p.m. Saturday at 400 Essex St. Caller reported damage to a cemetery plot.
