Complaint
A report at 6:01 p.m. Wednesday from a caller at 252 Newbury St. Apt. #91 who said she is having an ongoing dispute with her neighbor at Apt. #93. The caller was upset that a construction vehicle was preventing her from watering plants on her property. The vehicle was moved without further incident.
Fraud

Officer Needed
A request at 4:14 a.m. Wednesday for an officer to do a walk through at the Northshore Mall after mall security found an open door and the mall was cleared. Police found all was in order.

A caller reported being involved in a motor vehicle collision and that the other driver was attempting to leave the scene at 11:53 p.m. Wednesday at 10 Morton Ave. One person was taken to Melrose/Wakefield Hospital.

The Animal Control Officer reported being out on a nuisance call at 2:19 p.m. Wednesday at 4327 Scotts Mill Court.
Complaint
Police received a call for a complaint at the Department of Public Works Pump Station at 5:45 a.m. Thursday at Laurel Street.
Disturbance
A 911 caller reported two men arguing in the roadway at 5:06 p.m. Wednesday at 56 Winter St. One of the men claimed the other threw something at his dog. Officers spoke to the man and determined the other man threw a rock at his dog while passing the residence.
Hazard
A report of five bags of mulch in the roadway at 8:45 a.m. Wednesday at Home Depot Building Supply, 564 Broadway. The state Department of Public Works was notified.
Loss
A walk-in at 3:18 p.m. Wednesday reported losing her front license plate during a minor motor vehicle accident on Route 1 Northbound at Essex Street. The plate was entered into NCIC as lost or stolen.
Thefts
A report of larceny of a motor vehicle at 10:34 a.m. Wednesday at U-Haul Co. of Boston, 66 Broadway. An employee reported a vehicle had not been returned. Lynn Police reported recovering the vehicle at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday at 23 Ford St.
A caller at 7:24 p.m. Wednesday at Square One Mall, 1201 Broadway reported the front grill was stolen off of her vehicle.
