Arrests

Wernher Heideriqui, 36, of Houghton Street was arrested for operating a motor vehicle accident unlicensed at 6:00 a.m. Tuesday. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 10:36 a.m. Monday at 125 Commercial St.; at 11:42 a.m. Monday at Beacon Hill Avenue and Washington Street; at 3:08 p.m. Monday at 525 Eastern Ave.; at 3:32 p.m. Monday at Alley Street and Commercial Street; at 7:25 p.m. Monday at 59 Elm St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 12:28 p.m. Monday at 5 Broad St.

Hazardous Conditions

Thefts

A report of larceny at 10:04 a.m. Monday at 262 Ocean St.; at 1:57 p.m. Monday at 36 Linden St.; at 5:33 p.m. Monday at 18 Market St.

A report of motor vehicle theft at 11:27 a.m. Monday at 11 Northern Ave.

A report of shoplifting at 2:48 p.m. Monday at 780 Lynnway; at 4:56 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 780 Lynnway.

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 3:14 p.m. Monday at 19 Porter St.; at 9:05 p.m. Monday at 560 Western Ave.; at 11:43 p.m. Monday at 567 Lynnway.

Vandalism

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 7:59 a.m. Monday at Beach Circle.

PEABODY

Arrest

William A. Doucette, 62, of Lynn Street was arrested Monday on another department warrant, a Peabody PD warrant, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense and marked lanes violation.

Summons

Rodrigo Danuao Costa, 37, of Fulton Street was summonsed Monday on charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Accidents

A report at 2:52 p.m. Monday of a past hit-and-run accident at 2 Oak St. at 60 Foster St.

A report at 7:17 a.m. Tuesday of a motor vehicle accident at 190 Lynn St. at 2 Longview Way.

Animal Control

A report at 8:37 a.m. Monday of a cat stuck in an apartment wall at 43B Garden Road. On callback, the office manager said the cat had been rescued and placed in a closet with food and water and that the cat’s owners had been trying to get the cat out. The manager was advised to notify the owners that the cat is their property and it’s up to them to rehome.

Larceny

A report at 11:37 a.m. Monday of the theft of 550 feet of copper piping from the Peabody Municipal Light Plant, 58R Pulaski St.

Vandalism

A report at 6:29 p.m. Monday from a caller at 5 Holten St. who said his vehicle has been vandalized on two separate occasions.

SWAMPSCOTT

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle hit-and-run at 12:21 p.m. Monday at 1005 Paradise Road.

Animals

A report of a dog attack at 11:35 a.m. Monday at 18 Cherry St. Caller reported her dog had been attacked and injured by a loose pitbull.

A report of an injured baby rabbit on the road at 7:26 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Humphrey Street and Millett Road.

A report of a dog barking outside for hours at 2:26 a.m. Tuesday at 170 Atlantic Ave.
