Arrest
Wilson Nolasco-Lopez, 24, of Atkins Avenue, Lynn, was arrested Thursday on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Accident
A report at 10:27 a.m. Thursday of a motor vehicle accident at Sullivan Tire on Washington Street.
Suspicious Activity
A report at 12:58 p.m. Thursday of a suspicious gray Honda with Utah plates in the Tumelty Road neighborhood.
A report at 2:23 p.m. Thursday from a caller who said she received a phone call from a person pretending to be the Peabody police. The caller was informed that the police are not looking for her and advised to block the number.
A report at 3:15 p.m. Thursday from a caller requesting an officer check on a vehicle that has been on Franklin Street for a few weeks. Police determined the vehicle was occupied by a female who is performing an investigation in the area.
A report at 7:30 p.m. Thursday from a caller on Oak Street who said someone had placed three cases of Bud Light on the sidewalk with a sign that said “free.” She observed some neighborhood youths take the beer and run toward Winter Street. Police were unable to locate.
