LYNN

Ronald Brown, 52, of Broad Street was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, possession of a Class B Drug, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed moped operation, marked lanes violation, moped violation, number plate violation, larceny over $1200, and improper credit card use at 4:17 a.m. Wednesday. 

Mikayla Corrigan, 34, was arrested for conspiracy to violate drug law and possession of a Class A drug at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday.

Altagracia Cruz, 25, of West Baltimore Street was arrested for possession of a Class A drug at 9:12 a.m. Tuesday. 

Emmanuel Gonzalez, 37, of Newcastle Street was arrested for four counts of possession to distribute class drugs and two counts of distributing a Class B drug at 4:21 p.m. Tuesday. 

Diogenes Gutierrez, 51, was arrested for receiving a stolen credit card, attempting to commit a crime, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, carrying a dangerous weapon, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, possession of a Class C drug, possession of a Class B drug, and possession of a Class A drug at 2:12 a.m. Wednesday. 

John Nash, 23, of Curwin Circle was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon at 8:59 p.m. Tuesday. 

Harvey Rodriguez, 27, of Stoneybrook Road, Fitchberg was arrested for contributing to delinquency, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, and inducing a minor to distribute drug at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:23 a.m. Tuesday at 80 Boston St.; at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday at South Street and Summer Street.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday at 449 Summer St.

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 10:41 p.m. Tuesday at 1 Central Sq. 

Disturbances

A report of disturbance at 7:59 a.m. Tuesday at 34 Pinkham St.; at 12:26 p.m. Tuesday at 28 Colonial Ave.; at 2:14 p.m. Tuesday at Kingsley Terrace; at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday at Salem Laundry, 190 Lewis St.; at 5:21 p.m. Tuesday at 190 Lewis St.; at 10:44 p.m. Tuesday at 31 Elm St. 

Hazardous

A report of hazardous conditions at 6:58 a.m. Tuesday at Eastern Avenue and Western Avenue; at 8:38 a.m. Tuesday at Silsbee Street.

Overdoses

A report of an opiate overdose at 7:07 a.m. Tuesday at 406 Broadway. 

A report of an overdose at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at 61 N Common St.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 8:28 a.m. Tuesday at 66 Market Sq.; at 11:01 a.m. Tuesday at 111 Ocean St.; at 11:22 p.m. Tuesday at Chestnut Street and Kingsley Terrace.

Theft

A report of a robbery at 12:24 a.m. Tuesday at 66 Parkland Ave.; at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday at 826 Boston St.

A report of larceny at 2:39 a.m. Tuesday at 36 Tudor St.; at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday at 27 Waterford St.; at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday at Lynnway Liquors, 702 Lynnway. 

Trespassing 

A report of trespassing at 11:28 a.m. Tuesday at 77 Lexington St.; at 4:24 p.m. Tuesday at 34 Pinkham St.; at 10:58 p.m. Tuesday at Friend Street and Silsbee Street. 

Vandalism

A report of motor vehicle vandalism at 8:51 a.m. Tuesday at 254 Lynnway.

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 9:41 am Tuesday on Washington Street. Report taken.

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 4:21 pm Tuesday on Ocean Avenue. Vehicle towed.

Found Wallet

A report of a wallet found at 7:07 am Tuesday on the corner of Pleasant and Spring Street.

Trespassing

A report of a trespass towing at 9:28 am Tuesday in the vicinity of Hines Ct. Vehicle towed.

SAUGUS

Accidents

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle collision at 12:13 p.m. Tuesday at Dunkin’ Donuts, 42 Hamilton St. Officers could not make contact with the other vehicle involved in the crash.

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle collision at 6:36 p.m. Tuesday at Boston Market, 168 Broadway; at 7:31 p.m. Tuesday at Dick’s Sporting Goods, 1201 Broadway. Officers could not locate the suspect vehicle. 

A report of a motor vehicle collision at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday on the southwest highway ramp at Main Street; at 2:31 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Broadway and Spring Street.

Hazard

A caller reported a transmission fluid spill across his driveway due to a dump truck from his neighbors at 12:00 a.m. Wednesday at 76 Central St. 

Loss

A caller at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday reported leaving her purse in a carriage at Saver’s Department Store, 1160 Broadway. An officer spoke to the woman who could not remember when or where she lost it. Nothing on Saver’s camera footage pertained to the incident. 

Suspicious

A caller reported a black vehicle driving erratically in the parking lot at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday at Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St. Officers reported no issues, a father was teaching his son how to drive. 

Thefts

A caller reported the catalytic converter was stolen off his car and he witnessed a silver sedan drive away from the scene at 2:28 a.m. Tuesday at Armitage Arms, 212 Essex St. A dispatched officer reported two vehicles were victimized. 

A report of computer fraud at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday at 38 Main St. The owner of a tax shop reported some of his customers received emails impersonating the shop and asking for financial information. 

A resident walked into the police station to report being the victim of identity fraud for the purpose of obtaining unemployment benefits at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. 

A walk-in report of identity fraud at 5:41 p.m. Tuesday. A resident reported someone filed for unemployment using her name. 

Unwanted

A report at 1:04 p.m. Tuesday of a male and female refusing to check out of Wood Spring Extended Stay, 832 Broadway Apt. #223. Dispatched officers reported both pirates left and peace was restored. 

A caller asked officers to remove a man from his store at 9:25 p.m. Tuesday at Hall of Family Vintage, 1201 Broadway.

SWAMPSCOTT

Accident

A report of a motor vehicle crash with injuries at 12:31 p.m. Tuesday at 194 Forrest Ave. The motor vehicle crashed into a tree.

Animals

A report of an off-leash dog at 6:08 p.m. Tuesday at 10 Nichols St. Caller reported a dog owner letting his dog run around off leash near the entrance to the forest.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 9:58 a.m. Monday at 4 Valley Road.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 11:46 p.m. Monday at 3 Robins Lane.

Larceny

A report of larceny at 7:29 p.m. Tuesday at 330 Paradise Road. A bald bearded man wearing a blue and white jersey went into the middle door of the building, stole computer equipment, and left.

PEABODY

Summons

Adriana Costa Gomez, 47, of Chelsea, will be summoned to court for unlicensed operation of a vehicle and failure to stop/yield at 12:11 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lowell St. and North Shore Rd. 

Kelly Doran, 29, of Alden St., Lynn, will be summoned to court for leaving the scene of an accident causing property damage at 1:51 a.m. Tuesday at Milk St. 

Lara Ramalho Borges, 27, of Tracy St., Peabody, will be summoned to court for unlicensed operation of a vehicle at 9:23 a.m. Tuesday at 35 Main Street. 

Accidents

A report of a motor vehicle crash at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday on Central Street. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 1:08 p.m. Tuesday on Andover Street. Both vehicles were towed; there were no injuries.

A report of a hit-and-run at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lowell and King Streets. 

A report of a hit-and-run at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday at Silverleaf Way. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:30 p.m. at Fairview Avenue. 

Animals

A report of a dog jumping out of a second floor window at 11:08 a.m. Tuesday at Linden Road. 

A report of a brown female lab mix dog loose in the neighborhood at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday at Judith Road. The dog has been returned to its family. 

Dumping

A report of an illegal dumping was caught on video at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday at Fifth Street. 

Disturbances

A report of an ongoing dispute over lawn care at 6:09 p.m. Tuesday at Newbury Street. Peace was restored. 

A report of a vehicle blocking the driveway at 6:32 p.m. Tuesday at Macarthur Circle. 

A report of gas odor at 9:54 p.m. Tuesday at Central Street.

Hazardous Conditions

A report of tree debris blocking the road at 5:58 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lynn and County Streets. The Department of Public Works was notified. 

A report of the cover coming off a manhole at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday at Central Street. The Department of Public Works was notified. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of a person dressed in all black wearing a white bandana in the area of Sherman Street at 9:14 a.m Tuesday. 

A report of 3 people dressed in dark clothing appearing to look into vehicles at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Pierpont Street. An area check was performed.

Thefts

A report of identity fraud at 10:48 a.m. Tuesday at 35 Livingstone Drive.

A report of a male who ate and then left without paying at 12:34 p.m. at Andover Street. The party later came back to pay for the meal. 

A report of larceny in which a construction worker had tools stolen at 12:53 p.m. Tuesday at Washington Street. 

Vandalism

A report of destruction of property at 1:34 p.m. Tuesday at Caller Street. The CID was notified for photos; there is a possible suspect. 

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 2:57 p.m. Tuesday on Abington Avenue.
