LYNN

Arrest

Julian Romero Chilel, 24, of Belvidere Place, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor and the unlicensed operation of an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle at 4:42 a.m. Monday.

Accidents

A report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident at 9 Jackson St. at 11:26 p.m. Sunday; at the intersection of Andrew Street and Central Avenue at 12:08 a.m. Monday; at 35 Washington St. at 7:55 a.m. Monday.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 237 Broadway at 2:15 p.m. Sunday; at 23 Eade St. at 4:04 p.m. Sunday; at the intersection of Franklin and Laighton Streets at 4:24 p.m. Sunday; at 264 Essex St. at 8:09 p.m. Sunday; at 14 Coburn St. 12:09 a.m. Monday; at the intersection of Boston and Hamilton Streets at 1:03 p.m. Monday; at 5 Oakwood Ave. at 3:07 p.m. Monday.

Fight

A report of a fight at the intersection of Lincoln and Union Streets at 3:38 p.m. Monday.

Larceny

A report of a larceny at 9 Arlington St. at 7:18 p.m. Sunday; at 50 Boston St. at 10:33 a.m. Monday; at the intersection of Tracy Avenue and Wass Street at 11:48 a.m. Monday; at 80 Neptune Boulevard at 12:57 p.m. Monday.

Overdoses

A report of an overdose on Western Avenue at 2:32 p.m. Sunday; on Washington Street at 10:47 p.m. Sunday; on Washington Street at 1:49 a.m. Monday.

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 43 State St. 7:46 p.m. Sunday.

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 15 Hanson St at 7:18 p.m. Sunday; at 185 Lewis St. at 7:17 p.m. Sunday.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 48 Woodman St. at 4:04 p.m. Monday.

PEABODY

Animal Control

A report at 2:48 a.m. Sunday of two dogs roaming around Gardner St. Officers found and brought one dog to the police station but could not find the other.

A report at 10:12 p.m. Sunday of a dog found at Sunoco on 8 Florence Rd. Owners came to the station to pick up the dog, a yellow lab named “Knox,” up.

Assist Citizen

A report at 8:19 p.m. of a snake being in a stove at 108 Washington St. Officers could not find the snake when they arrived on the scene and told the resident to call Mass. Wildlife for an exterminator.

Disturbances

A report at 1:05 a.m. Sunday at 4 Shillaber St. of a dispute between a male and female over a cell phone. Officers sent one of the parties on their way.

A report of 8:11 p.m. Sunday of loud music at 4 Munroe St. Officers found a family enjoying their dinner on their deck with music playing, which officers said was at a reasonable volume.

Fight

A report at 10:03 p.m. Sunday of a fight in progress at the Portuguese-American War Veterans at 103 Tremont St. The fight was broken up before officers arrived, and the location was then closed for the rest of the evening.

Theft

A report at 8:47 p.m. Sunday of a lost or stolen scooter at 14 Foster St. Officers documented the report of a stolen vehicle.

SWAMPSCOTT 

Animal

A walk in report at 7:25 a.m. Sunday of a disagreement with a female who had a black lab without a leash at Eisman’s Beach. 

Hazardous 

A report of hazardous conditions at 12:25 a.m. Sunday at 10 Railroad Ave. Caller reported that three teens were walking on the train track toward Salem. MBTA Police were notified. 

Disturbance

A report of a large amount of youths in the street as well as in cars causing disturbance at 10:13 p.m. Sunday at 177 Bradlee Ave. Officers spoke to a small group and advised them.
