A report at 12:24 p.m. of a party requesting assistance getting their money back from the Sunshine Laundry Mat at 48 Forester St. An employee was not on the scene and officers advised the party to call his bank the next day.
Disturbance
A report at 12:31 a.m. of loud music near 168 Washington St. Officers spoke with the resident, who agreed to turn the music off for the meeting.
Fraud
A report at 12:55 p.m. of a caller at 102 Brooksby Village possibly losing $19,000 to a scam. Officers documented the report.
Lost Property
A report at 6:45 p.m. of a Merrimack Valley Credit Union debit card found at Big Y plaza at 637 Lowell St. Officers documented and will follow up with the bank.
Robbery
A report at 11:09 p.m. of a robbery at Plaza Hotel at 125 Newbury St. Officers charged Nichole Louise Johnson, 42, of Lynn with robbery, assault and battery and destruction of property.
Suspicious Activity
A report at 1:00 p.m. of 3 kids throwing rocks at passing motor vehicles on Hotel Road. Officers said that the kids fled when officers arrived and were not able to be located.

Complaint
A man walked into the police station at 10:01 a.m. Monday to report an ongoing issue with loud and speeding vehicles coming from 2 Randell Road. The man told police the disturbance generally occurs between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. He was advised to contact the station if and when a disturbance occurs.
Dispute
A caller reported his neighbor took down a fence he had put up on his property at 3:33 p.m. Monday at 9 Limewoods Drive. A dispatched officer reported an ongoing dispute between the two parties about their property lines. Both parties were advised of their rights and referred
to the zoning department.

A report of a group of kids at the park at 3:33 a.m. Monday at Anna Parker Playground, 120 Essex St. The kids were sent on their way.
A report of a female harassing customers and taking nonsense at 3:09 p.m. Monday at Lightwave Tattoo, 184 Broadway. Dispatched officers reported no crime was taking place and the woman would wait for a ride in Boston Market.
A report of a man inside the showroom giving the manager a hard time and causing a
disturbance at 6:43 p.m. Monday at McGovern Ford, 1481 Broadway. The caller reported he believes it is the same male that has been in and out of the store the past few days. The man was trespassed per the general manager and returned to the Avalon Motel.
A report of a disagreement between roommates at 9:18 p.m. Monday at Warden Street Apartments, 5 Warden St. Dispatched officers reported both parties agreed to stay away from each other and peace was restored.

A caller reported a man wearing a black hat and black jacket was walking around the neighborhood knocking on doors at 9:31 a.m. Monday at 18 Zito Drive. The caller said the man was “very pushy” and tried to make his way into the home. Officers could not locate the man.
A caller reported her husband was moving the lawn and his mower was stolen when he came into the house for a minute at 10:03 a.m. Monday at 21 Myrtle St. The caller reported a neighbor saw an older male in a green and white pick-up truck take the lawn mower. Officers determined the party who collected the mower was believed to be picking up scrap in the area. The mower was returned at 2:32 p.m.
A report of a vehicle that went the wrong way down the Main Street ramp to Route 1 at 4:31 p.m. Monday. An officer reported it appears the vehicle had turned around and was now driving on the correct side of the highway.
A report of a man walking through the parking lot looking into cars at 7:35 p.m. Monday at Kowloon, 948 Broadway. Officers identified the man and reported peace was restored and the man was taken back to the Red Roof Inn.
State Police reported a pedestrian in the median on Route 1 North near Kowloon at 10:49 p.m. Monday. Officers identified the man and took him back to the Red Roof Inn.
Theft
Loss prevention reported a past shoplifting of a grill at 3:36 p.m. Monday at Dicks Sporting Goods, 1201 Broadway. The suspect departed in a gray Subaru Outback with blacked-out windows and was described as a man with a beard wearing a scally cap.

A report of two loose huskies barking at 8:54 a.m. Monday in the area of Duncan Terrace. The Animal Control Officer brought the dogs to the police station.

A woman reported her neighbor’s fence fell over onto her property and she wanted an officer to speak with the neighbor to see if she would remove the fence at 3:56 p.m. Monday at 52 Pine St.
Disturbance
A report of one very loud bang at 9:44 p.m. Monday in the area of Whitman Road. Officers were unable to locate the source of the noise.
Theft
A woman walked into the police station to report her bike was stolen at 5:41 p.m. Monday at 16 Millett Road.
