Accidents

A report of a hit and run motor vehicle accident at 1:48 p.m. at 197 Washington Street; at 2:38 p.m. Tuesday at CVS Pharmacy, 200 S Common St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 4:11 p.m. Tuesday at 180 Boston St.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday at Market Square; at 2:24 p.m. Tuesday at 189 N Common St.; at 3:01 p.m. Tuesday at Bradford Road and Lynnfield Street; at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday at 756 Western Ave.; at 6:42 p.m. Tuesday at 45 Hood St.; at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday at Belle Avenue; at 10:38 p.m. Tuesday at 528 Eastern Ave.; at 8:25 a.m. Wednesday at 186 Chestnut St.; at 8:43 a.m. Wednesday at 78 Bay View Ave.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 4:01 p.m. Tuesday at Essex Street and Sutton Street; at 5:59 p.m. Tuesday at St. Mary’s High, 35 Tremont St.; at 8:09 p.m. Tuesday at YMCA, 40 Neptune Blvd.

Hazardous 

A report of hazardous conditions at 7:44 p.m. Tuesday at 9 Maple St.

Overdose

A report of an overdose at 12:38 a.m. Wednesday at 15 Huss Ct. 

Suspicious Activity 

A report of suspicious activity at 1:27 p.m. Tuesday at 155 Alley St.; at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday at English High School, 50 Goodridge St.; at 6:21 p.m. Tuesday at 12 Nelson St.; at 10:25 p.m. Tuesday at 67 Light St.; at 10:43 p.m. Tuesday at 36 Walter St.

Thefts 

A report of larceny at 2:28 p.m. Tuesday at 653 Western Ave.; at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday at 34 Munroe St.

A report of shoplifting at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday at Walmart, 780 Lynnway; at 7:20 p.m. Tuesday at 43 State St.; at 9:06 a.m. Tuesday at Walgreens, 21 Joyce St.

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday at Family Dollar, 200 Union St.; at 8:35 p.m. Tuesday at 2 Violet St.; at 10:31 p.m. Tuesday at 145 Lewis St.

PEABODY

Arrest

A report at 12:15 p.m. of an attempt to serve a warrant on Jaclyn Walsh, 41, in the woods behind Salem Collision on Foster Street. Officers arrested Walsh, who had warrants for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in Boston, and warrants for breaking and entering and possessing a Class B drug.

Summons

A report at 4:22 p.m. of a vehicle stopped by police at 126 Lowell St. and 2 Kosciusko St. Officers will summon Ageu De Costa, 28, of Salem, for failure to stop/yield and operating a vehicle without a license.

A report at 0 Lindauer St and 34 Winona St. of police issuing a summons for Bruno-Batista Deassis, 19, for driving with a suspended license.

A report at 2:49 p.m. of a caller at 3505 Woodbridge Dr. being threatened by a contractor with a knife. Officers will summon Enehamias Mendez Lopez, 26, of Lynn, on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime.

A report at 9:40 a.m. of vandalism at 16 Columbus Rd. where a vehicle drove on a lawn and caused damage. An officer spoke to an involved party on Winthrop St and summonsed a 14-year-old juvenile for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage.

Shoplifting

A report at 3:12 p.m. of shoplifting at the Sunglass Hut Store at 210 S Andover St. Officers documented that a pair of sunglasses valued at $345 was taken.

Suspicious Motor Vehicle

A report at 10:47 p.m. of an unoccupied vehicle with two different license plates attached. The owner came to the scene as officers were getting ready to have the vehicle towed. The tow company agreed to move the vehicle to private property. Officers confiscated the plates and issued a written warning to the owner.

SWAMPSCOTT

Arrest

Sean Brooks, 47, was arrested for assault and battery on ambulance personnel at 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Animals

A report of off-leash dogs at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday at 200 Essex St. Caller reported a male who was walking two dogs off-leash. The dogs nearly attacked her dog.

Fire

A report of a smoking microwave at 11:51 a.m. Monday at 1 Willow Ter.

Larceny

A report of a bicycle theft at 5:41 p.m. Monday at 16 Millett Road. Reporting party came to the station to report her bike had been stolen from the side of her home.

Lost Property

A report of a lost wallet at 7:26 p.m. Tuesday at 146 Humphrey St.

Missing Person

A report of a missing person at 10:29 a.m. Monday at 79 Norfolk Ave. Caller reported her mother, who suffers from dementia, had gone missing. Police found the mother at Red Rock park a few minutes after the report was filed.

Neighbor Dispute

A report of a neighbor dispute at 3:56 p.m. Monday at 52 Pine St. Caller reported his/her neighbor’s fence had fallen onto her property. 

Noise

A noise complaint at 9:44 p.m. Monday at Whitman Road. Caller reported hearing a very loud bang coming from the Whitman Road area. Police were not able to locate the source of the noise.

Suspicious Activity

A report of solicitation at 7:26 p.m. Tuesday at 146 Humphrey St. Reporting party came into the station to report a man trying to solicit business.

A report of suspicious activity at 3:05 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Bradlee Avenue and Stanwood Road. Caller reported her 15-year-old daughter was approached by a light blue minivan with two men inside. Nothing was said to the female, who ran to her house across the street.
