Dispersed Gathering
A report at 9:55 p.m. June 30 from a caller reporting a large group of teens walking down the middle of Lowell Street. Officers found about 10 teens in the parking lot of Su Chang’s. The teens left the area without an issue.
Dog Complaint
A report at 8:30 a.m. June 30 of a caller complaining their neighbor’s dog is always off leash at the Mobile Estates on Newbury Street. Officers said that the owner is not breaking any city ordinances since it is on private property and instructed the caller to bring the complaint to the HOA.
