Summons
A report at 4:17 p.m. of a summons issued for Roberto Santiago, 26, of Lynn, for malicious destruction of property after breaking a window to a motor vehicle.
Animal Control
A report at 9:11 p.m. of a large poodle running loose in the area of 7-Eleven at 100 Lynn St. that an officer was unable to detain. A second call spotted the poodle near the fire station on Lynn Street but the caller was unable to detain it before it was again spotted on Emerson Avenue by Spring Road. The caller said the dog showed minor aggression and he was unable to detain. Officers were able to locate and detain the poodle at 9:51 p.m. on Rockdale Avenue.
Disabled Motor Vehicle
A report at 12:32 a.m. of a caller with a disabled motor vehicle after hitting a coyote in the area of Main Street Discount Liquor at 115 Main St. The car was towed.
Fight
A report at 10:16 p.m. of a verbal argument between two neighbors on Caller Street. Officers advised the parties to keep their distance for the evening.

A report at 5:04 p.m. of fireworks at Mobile Estates on Newbury Street. Officers aid the party wrapped up for the night.

Larceny
A report at 2:40 p.m. caller at 59 Walnut St. who said a “friend” had stayed over the night before and stole $1,100 from him.
Motor Vehicle Accident
A report at 11:57 a.m. of a damaged Infiniti sedan left unoccupied at the intersection of Princeton Street and Colby Road. Officers reviewed doorbell camera footage and found the accident occurred around 6:00 a.m. Officers reached out to the owner/operator to document the crash.
Threat
A report at 12:16 p.m. of a caller being threatened in the parking lot of Giovanni’s Roast Beef and Pizza at 672 Lowell St. The caller reported a male party operating a white Lexus threatened to “put a bullet in his head,” however no firearms were brandished. Officers documented the incident and checked security cameras for surveillance.
Tree Down
A report at 8:14 a.m. of a tree down on Bartholomew Street that was partially obstructing the roadway. Officers notified DPW.
