LYNN 

Arrests

Luis Chilel Perez, 30, of 47 Hamilton Ave., was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and reckless operation of a motor vehicle at 6:19 a.m. Saturday.

Senaida Rodriguez, 48, of 123 N Common St., was arrested and charged with trespassing at 5:43 p.m. Saturday. 

Daneris Guzman Baez, 35, of 195 Summer St., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle at 10:34 p.m. Saturday.

Mauricio Santos, 26, of 318 Highland Ave., Salem, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and unsafe operation of a motor vehicle at 3:21 a.m. Sunday.

Unwanted Guest

A report of an unwanted guest at 5:20 p.m. Saturday at Newhall’s Package Store, located at 336 Broadway; at 5:09 a.m. Sunday at 309 Boston St.; at 11:03 a.m. Sunday at 21 Fenton Ave.; at 11:16 a.m. Sunday at 309 Boston St. 

PEABODY

Arrest

A report at 1:14 a.m. Sunday of a fight in the area of Washington Street and Dane Street. James Swingell, 40, of Danvers, was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault and battery.

Citation

A report at 2:42 p.m. of a sedan driving erratically in the area of Peabody Veterans Memorial High School on Lowell Street. Officers issued a citation for speeding.

Disturbance

A report at 1:44 p.m. Saturday of a resident complaining about a bullhorn being used in the area of Lynn Street. Officers said the noise was coming from a church service and advised the group to keep the noise down.

A report at 9:32 p.m. of loud music on Sandra Road. Music was turned down.

A report at 11:21 p.m. of loud music on Webster Road. The music was turned down for the evening before officers were called back again at 11:34 p.m.

Larceny

A report at 4:18 p.m. Saturday of a stolen package on Beckett Street. Officers documented the incident.

A report at 8:32 p.m. Sunday of a madonna stolen on Washington Street. Officers took a report of the incident.

Lockout

A report at 10:28 a.m. Saturday of a caller reporting being locked in a bathroom at Bishop Fenwick High School. Officers and Peabody Fire assisted.

Accident

A report at 9:29 p.m. Saturday of a motor vehicle accident in the area of Lynn Street and County Street. Both vehicles were towed.

Neighborhood Dispute

A report at 2:16 p.m. Saturday of a resident concerned about a dispute with her Dahlia Avenue landlord. Officers advised her to contact the station when she needs to preserve peace at the residence.

Shoplifting

A report at 12:55 p.m. Saturday of five pairs of sunglasses stolen at the Sunglass Hut in Macy’s at 210M Andover St.

Traffic Hazard

A report at 12:42 p.m. Saturday of one- and two-inch rocks at the entrance to Route 1 South. Officers and DPW began clearing rocks from the road.

Vandalism

A report at 2:21 a.m. Saturday of a shattered window on a motor vehicle on Garden Road. Officers documented the incident.
